The House of the Serpent is a charming, rambling old house on a rather expansive property that provides good bed and breakfast, but it's not your usual B&B. Where else would you find a New Year's Celebration in the middle of the year presided over by a veiled Gorgon? Will she be pleased with the troupe's performance or will someone be turned to stone?
The Roc and I sat on a rock contemplating the myths that have been perpetuated by mankind and we agreed, she and I, that Atlas was a right wimp.
Eat your heart out Atlas.
Women carry the burden of the world every day without complaint.
