Brolga in a Bottle


I was fishing off the back of the pirate ship when I snagged a bottle. Inside was a piece of tattered parchment which held this curious tale...

Gail in my book of birds from the Gould League of Victoria it is said that many of the Brolgas have disappeared due to the draining of the wetlands for economic reasons and these were their refuge areas...The Aboriginals were the wise people of the land we now know.......
Hang onto that bottle it is a rare find ,and snagged from the back of a pirate ship makes it even rarer
